The information in the sections below is for information only and up to date details can be found in our booking system.

 

When you are booking a session, you will be informed of any terms and conditions applicable during this uncertain time and your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

Note: failure to comply with the terms and conditions of your booking or any advice given at your safety briefing will result in you being asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. 

Our obstacle race training focuses on ensuring you have the right techniques to tackle any obstacle efficiently and safely at the same time as building confidence, speed, strength and stamina.

 

Obstacle training is held using a variety of Pay and Play sessions throughout the week that should suit most people. If you would like dedicated obstacle training with a Personal Trainer (up to 3 people at a time), then please use the contact form at the bottom of the page.

 

Attendance at our obstacle training Pay and Play session does not require membership. You can start whenever you like and stay for as long as you want to make the most of the training ground.

Obstacle Training at The Obstacle Arena

There are no shower/changing facilities for these sessions.

Pay and Play + Bubble Play

 

Take on the course as you wish, practice your technique, take on an endurance challenge, attempt a time trial or just make it up as you go, the choice is yours.

 

If you have never been before, then a small induction at the start of your session will give you the tips you need to start practising and improving.

 

Children aged 12 yrs or younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Children's Active Hour

 

Get the kids outdoors and active and work off some of that excess energy duing the school holidays!

 

Suitable for children 3+ but those under 6 must be accompanied around the training ground by an adult.

Get the kids outdoors and active after school during term time and burn off any energy they have left!
