I have been personal training for 7 years now, currently run my own boot camps & have been taking part in OCRs for the past 4 years.
I believe maintaining a healthy lifestyle is very important & I still have a real passion for encouraging people to find a way to get results & maintain a health lifestyle in the most enjoyable way.
Having taken part in 10km Wolf Runs, One True Grit & 20mile Rat Race-Dirty Weekend, just naming a few, I can't wait to inspire all ages to train & tackle ways through their own OCR challenges!
I am a Level 3 PT and group class instructor.
I made a massive change to my life 18 months ago and became qualified so that I could do what I loved for a living – exercise and helping people.
Most of my work is a variety of group classes, 1:1 personal training, small group personal training as well as Fit 4 OCR.
I love being outdoors and have completed several marathons and Triathlons. Seeing people not only challenge their fitness but do so while enjoying it and getting results is what drives me. Having not always been fit myself I understand how it can be to take the first steps especially when it seems so daunting.

Taking the fundamentals of performance, well-being, mental toughness and challenge into training whether coaching an athlete or someone wanting to tet themselves, get into shape or prepare themselve for their first race.
I’m fairly new to OCR, but seem to have caught the bug within the last year upping the amount of races I attend. I’m a highly qualified fitness instructor/personal trainer and I’m now a qualified school teacher too. I’m not one of those super competitive racers, if we have a group racing I will stay at the back with the last person to make sure that everyone completes. For me the races are about finishing and enjoyment, I’m not going to be a qualifier for the championships, I’d rather focus on having fun, ensuring that I have the proper technique to get me over/under or through the obstacles and in some races overcoming a fear of heights.
